Job Description
CI Investments Inc. is a company that offers global wealth management and asset management advisory services. The Trade Support Analyst is responsible for handling mutual fund trading for the trade desk, supporting daily activities, processing trades, and resolving client inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Processing of mutual fund trades files and follow up on rejected trades
- Handling of transaction corrections and preparation of LOIβs when required
- Resolving trade related inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve trade related issues
- Other duties and ad hoc projects relevant to the position shall be assigned as required
Skills
- 1-2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably experience with mutual funds
- Proficiency with Excel and experience using Fundserv and CANNEX would be an asset
- Proven analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, conflict resolution skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self motivated but with desire to work as part of a highly cohesive team
- Canadian Investment Funds Operations course (CIFOC) or CSC course considered an asset
