Job Description
We are a small business in online retail with nine (9) active trademarks. We've been in business since 2012. We're looking to:
1) Register one new word mark
2) Potentially migrate the entire portfolio to a new attorney
We've been happy with our current attorney, but we're afraid he might have had a life-change of some sort since emails and calls have gone unanswered recently.
Since we're unsure if he'll reappear or not, we'd like to consider switching attorneys. Currently, we have a simple arrangement of a flat registration fee plus USPTO fees. We'd like such a structure with any applicants as well.
We require:
1) Prompt communication (response within 1-3 days ideally)
2) Flat fee + USPTO fee structure
3) Attorney's ability to receive and transmit an email from Amazon that we'd need for brand registry purposes
4) Free renewal monitoring (sending us notice that renewals are required well before any penalty periods)
