- expertise to support a large-scale. Candidate will design and deliver enterprise training programs, develop e-learning and instructor-led content, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, and support system adoption.
- *Required Skills:**
- 5+ years training delivery (virtual + classroom)
- 2+ years training in high-volume contact center environments
- 2+ years SAP S/4HANA training experience
- 2+ tolling implementation projects (Back Office Agent training)
- E-learning development using Articulate 360 / Captivate / Camtasia
- Training needs assessment, curriculum development, user guides, documentation
- SuccessFactors LMS experience preferred
- *Nice to Have:**
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM training (2+ yrs)
- ServiceNow (Idea/Project/Demand modules)
- PMP Certification
