Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Transaction / Deal Origination Specialist — a true “hunter” — to source and close high-value deals that drive immediate revenue. You will work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors to identify opportunities and bring them onto the platform.
This is a hands-on, commission-driven role where your impact is measurable in every deal you close.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and qualify buyers and sellers for high-value transactions in real estate, tokenized assets, and crypto.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential deals, tracking progress from sourcing to closing.
- Negotiate deal terms and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Work closely with the business development and partnerships team to maximize deal flow.
- Achieve revenue targets through sourcing and closing deals efficiently.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in transaction origination, deal sourcing, or sales in high-value markets.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, commission-driven environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of cross-border deals, crypto, tokenized assets, or European real estate is a plus.
