Please Note: This is not a traditional change management role. We are seeking a hands-on operator who owns ERP delivery and adoption end-to-end, with experience driving change in environments with resistance, broken processes, and inconsistent workflows.

About the Role

This role will lead adoption and change management efforts tied to a broader ERP and operational transformation. The focus is on driving real behavioral change across the organization, ensuring new systems and processes are fully embraced and embedded into day-to-day operations. This individual will operate across internal communications, stakeholder alignment, and field engagement to ensure successful transformation in a high-resistance environment.

    Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change and adoption strategy aligned to ERP and operational initiatives
  • Lead internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization
  • Engage directly with field and operational teams to drive understanding and adoption
  • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen communication and alignment
  • Drive accountability for adoption and behavior change across the business
  • Align training efforts to real-world workflows and operational realities
  • Identify and proactively address resistance
  • Maintain momentum and reinforce the overall transformation narrative
    Required Experience
  • 8–12+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or internal communications
  • Experience working in operationally complex or field-driven environments
  • Proven track record of driving adoption in large or complex organizations
    Highly Preferred
  • Experience in heavy industry, construction, logistics, or field services environments
  • Exposure to ERP or operational system implementations
  • Background that spans communications, operations, and transformation
