About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a customer-centric assortment strategy, focusing on profitability, sales growth, and market differentiation
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, managing core financial measurements and creating merchandising strategies
- Manage product lifecycles, ensuring a best-in-class product offering and minimizing excess and obsolete inventory issues
- Analyze reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and drive portfolio growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement and promote the product portfolio

Requirements
