- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel
- Use Global Distribution Systems - Sabre
- Ensure compliance to customers’ travel policy
- Use positive telephone service techniques
- Collaborate within your team to coach and mentor
- Requirements:
- Native GDS expertise - Sabre
- Passion for excellence in client service
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8AM to 10PM EST time Monday to Friday
