- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
- Organize travel logistics and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete
- Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
- Confirm bookings with travel suppliers and maintain accurate travel records
- Assist clients with itinerary coordination and travel documentation details
- Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
- Provide support to travelers before and during their trips when needed
- Maintain professional communication with clients and travel partners
- Qualifications
