Ā Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
Ā Skills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
Ā References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
Ā Additional Skill Med Surg Experience.
Ā Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past two years.
Ā Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
Ā Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
Ā Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
