We’re hiring Phone Center Representatives to help us connect with businesses across the country. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to introduce our services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our Account Managers to close.
This is a high-energy, high-impact role — perfect for someone who loves talking to people and isn’t afraid of rejection.
- What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Use a simple script to explain our services and qualify interest
- Set appointments for our Account Management team
- Log details into our CRM and keep communication tight
- Follow up on leads and handle light objection responses
- What We’re Looking For:
- Confident phone presence — not afraid to call and speak up
- Clear communication, quick wit, and positive energy
- Ability to stick to the script while making it feel natural
- Must be reliable, hungry to win, and ready to work
- Previous appointment setting, call center, or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must have quiet work environment, reliable phone/Wi-Fi
- Compensation:
- Commission-based pay with bonuses and performance incentives
- Top performers can earn $500–$1,000+ weekly
