Job Title: Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney - Partnership Track
Job Location: We have offices in San Jose, CA & Morgan Hill, CA but are open to strong remote candidates
Compensation: $130K - $250K base depending on experience plus bonus and equity partnership track!
Requirements: Active California Bar License with 2+ years of Trust & Estate Planning Litigation experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who wishes to further their career within a partnership track environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trust administration, estate planning, probate, and litigation, and will be responsible for effectively representing clients in complex trust and estate disputes.

Represent clients in trust and estate litigation cases
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues
Advise clients on estate planning and probate matters
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships
Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law and litigation trends

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active California Bar License
2+ years of experience in trust and estate litigation
Strong knowledge of trust administration and estate planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to client service and legal ethics
