Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at TurboTax, you will help customers with inquiries about TurboTax products and basic tax return software. You’ll guide users through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing while providing empathetic support. You will receive continuous assistance from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS). TurboTax is looking for over 2000 candidates—no specific tax or accounting experience is required. Employment Type: Full-time. Please note that while the role offers a flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, it is a fully in-person position.

Compensation: Get paid $18.50 per hour.
Bonus: Earn a $310 Certification bonus upon certification.
Turbo Bonus Boost: Receive an additional $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th through 15th (minimum 8 hours worked on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify).
