TurboTax Online Customer Support Agent

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at TurboTax, you will help customers with inquiries about TurboTax products and basic tax return software. You’ll guide users through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing while providing empathetic support. You will receive continuous assistance from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS). TurboTax is looking for over 2000 candidates—no specific tax or accounting experience is required. Employment Type: Full-time. Please note that while the role offers a flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, it is a fully in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about TurboTax products and tax return software.


• Guide users through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importing, printing, and filing.


• Complete a fast 20-hour certification to become a TurboTax Product Expert.


• Work flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.


• Collaborate with your assigned SME and MPS to ensure customer success.
