- You lead practical exercises and coaching sessions based on real sales situations
- You motivate participants, answer individual questions and support the transfer into professional practice
- You create a respectful, appreciative atmosphere and encourage exchange within the group
- Requirements:
- Experience in sales (B2B, B2C, FMCG, SMCG)
- Ability to lead practical exercises and coach participants
- Empathy and basic psychological understanding to address individual needs
- Enjoy working digitally; deep IT expertise not required
- Structured, communicative and motivating way of working
