Job Description
We are looking for a confident and natural on-camera spokesperson to record short videos for a fast-growing personal development brand.
IMPORTANT: Applicants without sample videos will not be accepted thanks.
You will create short talking-head videos (30–60 seconds) that will be used for:
- YouTube Shorts
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- Social media ads
The content will focus on topics like productivity, success habits, discipline, and high-performance routines.
This is not acting — we want videos that feel authentic, natural, and relatable.
What You Will Do
Record short talking-head videos using scripts we provide.
Videos should feel like advice or insights you are sharing directly with the viewer.
Example style:
- speaking directly to camera
- natural tone
- confident delivery
- simple background (home or office)
Each video will be approximately 30–60 seconds.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who:
- looks natural and confident on camera
- speaks clear English
- can follow scripts naturally (not robotic)
- understands short-form content style
We care about authentic delivery.
Recording Setup
You should have:
- smartphone or camera with good video quality
- clear audio
- good lighting
- clean and simple background
Example Content Topics
Videos may include topics like:
- habits of successful people
- productivity tips
- morning routines
- mindset shifts
- focus and discipline
Project Details
Initial project:
10 videos
Each video:
- 30–60 seconds
- vertical format (9:16)
- 1080p minimum
If the videos perform well, we will continue working together long term.
Budget
$20 – $40 per video depending on experience.
Long-term creators can earn $500+ per month.
