UI/UX Strategist & Front-End Copywriter (SaaS / EdTech)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a UI/UX Strategist who can design user experiences and write high-impact front-end copy for our SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of UX thinking, conversion strategy, and clear product communication.

You’ll be responsible not just for how things look, but how they work, read, and convert.

This is not a pure UI designer role and not a content-only role. We’re looking for someone who understands user intent, friction, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & User Flow

Design and optimize user journeys across landing pages, dashboards, course pages, and onboarding flows

Identify friction points and simplify complex user actions

Translate business goals into clear UX decisions

UI Design

Create clean, modern, conversion-focused interfaces

Design responsive layouts for web (desktop + mobile)

Maintain visual consistency with existing brand guidelines

Deliver Figma files with clear structure and annotations

Front-End Copy & Microcopy

Write and refine front-end copy, including:

Headlines & sub-headlines

CTAs and button text

Form labels and helper text

Empty states, error messages, and tooltips

Ensure copy is clear, human, and action-oriented

Align copy with user intent and stage in the funnel

Conversion & Optimization

Design for conversion, not just aesthetics

Apply UX and copy principles to improve:

Page clarity

User confidence

Task completion rates

Collaborate with marketing and product teams on experiments and iterations

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or UX Strategist for SaaS or product-led platforms

Strong portfolio showing:

UX thinking (flows, wireframes, rationale)

UI execution

Front-end or UX copywriting

Ability to write copy as part of the design process

Strong understanding of:

User psychology

Conversion principles

SaaS or EdTech user journeys

Hands-on experience with Figma

Excellent command of clear, concise English

Nice to Have

Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or compliance-driven products

CRO or A/B testing experience

Ability to work with developers for smooth handoff

Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards
