Responsibilities
Β Approves and disapproves of prospective clients.

Β Develops and maintains a current knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations on workers' compensation insurance.

Β Prepares loss control requests.

Β Performs any special projects assigned by the Underwriting Manager.
Requirements
Β Four-year college degree (or equivalent in education and experience).

Β 3-4 years of insurance experience with a concentration in workers' compensation underwriting.
Nice-to-haves
Β Ability to perform rapid turnaround decisions on worker's compensation and risk evaluation.
