Key Duties & Responsibilities
Seeking a Unified Communications & Collaboration Contractor with advanced technical expertise in digital workplace technologies, modern collaboration tools, and emerging solutions like Generative AI and XR.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support & implement enterprise-level communication platforms: MS Teams, Zoom, Webex.
- Manage & optimize videoconferencing and telepresence (TMS, Pexip).
- Handle live events & webinars (Teams Townhall, Zoom).
- Secure & manage Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard).
- Deploy & configure digital signage platforms (Appspace).
- Explore & implement Generative AI solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI).
- Build automation workflows via low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate).
- Support MR/AR/VR (Hololens, Guides, Remote Assist), including content creation.
- Required Skills
- Unified communication platforms: MS Teams, Zoom, Webex.
- Videoconferencing/telepresence: TMS, Pexip.
- Webinar/live event management.
- Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
- Digital signage solutions (Appspace).
- Generative AI tools (Copilot, Azure AI).
- Low-code automation: Power Automate.
