Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Unity Game Developer Consultant who specializes in game optimization. The role is to guide our development team through performance improvements, best practices, and optimization strategies for our Unity project.
This is a consulting role, paid hourly, requiring approximately 1–2 hours per session, as needed.
Responsibilities:
Review our Unity project and identify performance bottlenecks
Provide guidance on optimizing CPU, GPU, memory, and build size
Advise on best practices for profiling, rendering, and asset optimization
Answer technical questions and provide actionable recommendations
Suggest long-term optimization strategies for scalability and stability
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Unity Game Developer
Strong expertise in Unity performance optimization and profiling tools
Experience optimizing games for PC, mobile, or console (specify if needed)
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Previous consulting or mentoring experience is a plus
