Unreal Engine 5 UI Developer (UMG) - Porting HTML/CSS Prototype to Native UE Interface

Job Description

Job Description:

I am looking for an Unreal Engine developer to finalize the UI for a simulation project. We already have the backend logic (connecting to a server to fetch catalog materials) partially implemented.

The Goal:

I have a fully functional HTML/CSS/JS prototype that demonstrates exactly how the UI should look, feel, and animate. Your job is to recreate this interface natively in Unreal Engine 5 using UMG (Unreal Motion Graphics).

Scope of Work:

You will need to implement the following three components based on my HTML reference:

The "Capsule" Menu: A floating bottom menu with "Glassmorphism" (background blur) styling, hover effects, and a locking mechanism.

The Catalog Panel: A side panel featuring a Tree-View structure (Store, Department, Category) that filters a grid of items. This must be dynamic (populating from a list/array).

Active Assets Panel: A right-side panel that shows applied items with a staggered "one-by-one" entrance animation.

Technical Requirements:

Must use Native UMG: Do not use a "Web Browser Widget." This must be built with standard UE widgets (Scroll Boxes, Vertical Boxes, Grid Panels).

Logic: You must be comfortable working with Arrays and Structs in Blueprints (or C++) to handle the catalog data.

Styling: Experience with Background Blurs and Material instances for UI to replicate the "Glass" look.

Deliverables:

A clean, optimized UMG setup.

Blueprints that drive the UI logic (opening/closing panels, filtering the grid).

How to Apply:

Please mention if you have experience creating Tree Views or Dynamic Grids in Unreal Engine. If you are willing to do a small paid test (creating the Capsule Menu first), please let me know.
