Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management System (OMS). The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to support the implementation, customization, and integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions and order management processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work on implementation and configuration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Support and manage Order Management System (OMS) processes, including order capture, fulfillment, and tracking.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Customize and enhance Commerce Cloud features to meet business needs.
- Support integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and improvements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions.
- Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Good understanding of eCommerce platforms and order lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem and integrations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
