Job Description
ย Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and systems across the full stack, from data pipelines to front-end applications.
ย Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers to define and execute the technical roadmap for generative AI projects.
ย Lead the architecture and design of generative AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
ย Develop and implement best practices for generative AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.
ย Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI research and apply them to our products and services.
ย Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on generative AI initiatives.
ย Design generative AI models and outputs seamlessly into user interfaces.
ย Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and apply them to generative AI projects.
ย Optimize front-end performance and responsiveness for various platforms and devices.
ย Collaborate with designers and UI/UX experts to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience.
ย Design robust and scalable back-end APIs for generative AI models.
ย Implement efficient data pipelines to feed data to and extract outputs from generative AI models.
ย Choose and optimize backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) based on model requirements and system limitations.
ย Ensure the security and reliability of generative AI systems in production.
ย Utilize M365 Power platforms Co-pilot to enhance Gen AI Capabilities in the o365 applications.
ย Frame proper architecture , governance and data loss prevention policies for Co-Pilot to be implemented in the organisation
ย Leverage AI Builder to incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities into Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate workflows
ย Guide the application engineers to design, develop , and implement applications and integrations utilizing Microsoft Graph APIs.
Qualifications
ย Master's degree or bachelorยs degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
ย 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
ย 4+ years of experience with generative AI models and techniques, such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models.
ย Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
ย Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
ย Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
