This is a live ribbon-cutting ceremony — punctuality is critical.
Scope of Work
We’re looking for clean, high-quality b-roll coverage including:
- Ribbon cutting ceremony moment
- Establishing exterior shots of the location
- Crowd shots, smiling faces, and community interaction
- Team members and leadership moments
- Branded elements (logos, signage, materials)
- Interior showroom b-roll (quick walkthrough-style shots)
Note: No interviews or audio capture required — this is strictly visual b-roll footage.
Deliverables
- Raw b-roll footage (organized and labeled if possible)
- Delivery within 24–48 hours of the event
Requirements
- Must be local to Sycamore / DeKalb area (or able to travel)
- Experience with event coverage or similar shoots
- Ability to capture clean, steady footage (gimbal preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
