In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service from the comfort of your home. Requirements
ΓΒ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
ΓΒ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
ΓΒ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
ΓΒ Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
