Job Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel facilitate the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. As a Data Entry Specialist you will review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. This position is full-time, remote located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
รย Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
รย Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
รย Investigate discrepancies as they arise
รย Complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
รย No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
รย High school diploma or GED required
รย Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
รย Exceptional attention to detail
รย Desire and ability to be a team player
รย Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
รย Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
