The Dispatcher is responsible for assisting in the scheduling and dispatching of all service activities within the organization.
Job Duties
ΓΒ Dispatches deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, homecare, and hospice providers
ΓΒ Ensures Delivery Drivers receive daily schedules
ΓΒ Creates order tickets for Delivery Drivers
ΓΒ Ensures Delivery Drivers complete orders by collecting serial numbers and completion times
ΓΒ Provides ETAs to the Customer Service department for time-sensitive deliveries
Job Requirements
ΓΒ 2+ years of Dispatching or equivalent experience preferred
ΓΒ Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Dispatching Software
ΓΒ Passion and Enthusiasm for helping those in need
ΓΒ Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
ΓΒ Remote position - must have access to reliable internet service
ΓΒ Work Related equipment will be provided by company
Additional Information
All applicants must pass a national criminal background check to be considered for the position.
Shift Details (Part-Time Weekends Only)
Training Class to commence on Saturday, January 11, 2025
ΓΒ Training Period to last approximately 3-4 weeks
ΓΒ Candidates must be available to participate for entire period and hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (CST)
Employees will be expected to work 12 hours per Weekend - shifts will be a combination of the following (all CST times):
ΓΒ Saturdays:
ΓΒ 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
ΓΒ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
ΓΒ 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
ΓΒ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
ΓΒ Sundays:
ΓΒ 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
ΓΒ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
ΓΒ 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
ΓΒ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
