The US Business Immigration Analyst / Law Clerk role involves preparing and submitting employment-based immigration petitions and benefits requests for multinational clients under attorney supervision. Responsibilities Prepare and draft US employment-based immigration petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including PERM applications and adjustment of status filings Respond to client questions and support attorneys in client meetings Stay current with US immigration laws, policies, and procedural developments Utilize innovative tools and automation to enhance efficiency and the client experience Engage in ongoing self-development and apply feedback to support continuous growth Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all work products Apply critical thinking and data-driven insights in casework and client communications Communicate clearly, professionally, and with adaptability to build strong relationships Demonstrate integrity and uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct Skills 1+ years of experience in US employment-based immigration Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred Strong interest in technology, automation, and digital upskilling Company Overview Vialto Partners providing globally integrated solutions supporting global workforce mobility.
