I am a foreign-domiciled applicant with a pending US trademark application (Serial No. 99315678). I received an Office Action and need a US Licensed Attorney to take over representation and file a specific response.
I do NOT need legal research or complex arguments regarding likelihood of confusion. I have already decided on the strategy.
The Scope of Work:
File the "Revocation of Power of Attorney and Appointment of Attorney" form to become my attorney of record.
File the "Response to Office Action" with the following specific points:
Request Suspension: Request suspension pending the disposition of cited marks (Serial Nos. 98619873 & 98628236).
Amend Entity Type: Change from "Company" to "Limited Company".

ID of Goods: Amend Class 28 description exactly as suggested by the Examining Attorney.
Requirements:
