We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring the best talent for various non-technical positions within our company. You will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Your mission is to ensure we hire individuals who contribute to our companyΒs growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for non-technical positions.
Β Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Β Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Β Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Β Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Β Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates.
Β Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
Β Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Β Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Β Experience recruiting for roles in industries such as Engineering, Accounting, marketing, finance, sales, or customer service.
Β Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a non-technical field.
Β Strong understanding of various non-technical roles and industries.
Β Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
Β Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with company culture.
Β Strong organizational and time management skills.
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
