Key Responsibilities β€’ Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close. β€’ Prepare and review department-level P&Ls, company-wide P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and Sales Channel reports. β€’ Provide detailed analysis and commentary to support the executive financial package and guide strategic decision-making. β€’ Ensure compliance with annual audits and support preparation of audit schedules and documentation. β€’ Monitor and report on bank covenants related to real estate loans on a monthly basis. β€’ Collaborate with department heads to ensure accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. β€’ Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes across multiple departments. β€’ Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency and scalability of financial systems. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required). β€’ 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience at the Senior Accountant level. β€’ Strong operational accounting background with exposure to multi-departmental environments. β€’ Experience with wholesale/retail product-based businesses and inventory accounting strongly preferred. β€’ Proven track record of preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and variance reports. β€’ Familiarity with audit processes and bank reporting requirements. β€’ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial insights to executives.
