Our User Advocacy team is revolutionizing the outdated financial services industry. As a part of this team, you will become an expert at saving money and will help consumers find ways to improve their financial wellness. Our advocates leave work knowing they have positively affected people's lives, and they have fun doing so!

The User Advocacy training program will teach you new skills and give you the tools required to succeed in this role. Training during this period will be paid for.

Looking for dependable, tech-savvy people with a positive, yet scrappy attitude.

    Responsibilities:
  • Field and resolve user problems by phone and chat
  • Advocate for the user and their financial needs internally and externally
  • Practice real-time problem solving
  • Financial analysis of customer needs
    Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • No finance experience required
  • Must own a computer or laptop with access to high speed Internet

Please note that this role is remote but we are currently only accepting applicants located in North Carolina

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
