Key Responsibilities • Lead the entire product design lifecycle: from research and strategy to wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design. • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. • Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences with a data-driven mindset. • Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports consistency and reusability. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Content Strategists.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and empathy. Must-Have Skills • 6–8 years of hands-on product design experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or complex digital systems. • Strong UX strategy skills – ability to turn research insights into actionable design. • Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping, wireframing, and UI execution. • Solid grasp of UX metrics, A/B testing, and data analysis. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time across multiple priorities. • Experience designing healthcare or enterprise platforms. • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices. • Familiarity with conversion-driven design for marketing flows (e.g. plan selectors, tools). -- Apply tot his job
