UX/UI Designer (Mobile Conversion Focus) - Short-term Project
We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer (Mobile Conversion Focus)
We’re looking for a strong UX/UI designer to audit and improve the mobile experience on our website with one clear goal: increase mobile conversion rate.
- Current conversion is:
- Mobile: ~20%
- Desktop: ~30%
We want to reach 30%+ conversion on mobile (minimum).
Important: This role is focused specifically on mobile (not desktop), because desktop is already performing better.
- Your main task
- Review our current website mobile pages (end-to-end)
- Identify what’s hurting mobile conversion
- Propose clear UX/UI improvements and quick wins
- Deliver a practical plan we can implement to increase conversions
What “conversion” means for us
- We want more visitors to:
- Fill out the form, or
- Call our phone number
- Our target audience
- Age: 35+
- Income: middle to upper-middle / high
- Profile: families with kids and busy working people who don’t have the time or desire to handle a move themselves — they want a reliable company to take care of everything
- What we’re looking for
- Strong mobile-first UX thinking
- Ability to turn data + behavior into design decisions
- Experience improving conversion rates (CRO mindset)
- Proven experience with US-based consumer behavior and design trends, or a portfolio that demonstrates success in the US market.
- Clear communication and structured recommendations
