- Maintain and monitor the full vendor order pipeline
- Monitor the team phone queue and accept inbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to vendors and manage incoming vendor inquiries
- Ensure accurate fee management and proper documentation
- Confirm vendor compliance with operational requirements
- Send proactive reminders to vendors regarding quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational challenges
- Provide suggestions for workflow enhancements and best practices
- Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology
- Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- 1 to 3 years of office experience
