Job Description
We're looking for a VP or AVP E&S Property to join a leading property carrier to focus on growing and managing a profitable book of non-admitted property coverage. If you're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of E&S property and strong wholesale broker relationships, this role is for you.
- The Role
- Build and manage a profitable book of E&S Property business with approved wholesale broker partners.
- Determine appropriate pricing, structure, and capacity deployment.
- Monitor individual and portfolio performance metrics and contribute to ongoing strategy development.
- Assess CAT modeling outputs
- Collaborate with regional leadership to support business development and profitable growth.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of experience underwriting large and middle market property accounts
- Strong background in the non-admitted/E&S space
- Wholesale property broker relationships required
- Northeastern contacts preferred
- BA/BS Degree Required
