- Help lay the infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth over the next five years
- Turn HR processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance reviews) into auditable scalable systems, each with their own KPIs
- Team with hiring managers to quickly source and screen amazing new hires
- Helps to ensure that IMPaCT culture can be scaled (i.e. through rituals like a company retreat) as we rapidly grow
- Work with supervisors to manage a rapidly growing workforce, which includes a mix of corporate employees and frontline CHWs working in homes and communities
- Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in People Ops/HR
- Preferably in a startup, early stage company environment (Pre-Seed through Series B)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Recent experience and comfort with being an individual contributor
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Experience with mission-driven organizations is a plus
