Role: Vice President, Product Strategy & Commercialization Location: Remote We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring We’re seeking a Vice President, Product Strategy & Commercialization to lead our national brand and product portfolio strategy—from innovation through launch. This role will drive consumer-led product development, technical formulation, and end-to-end commercialization, building a best-in-class portfolio across all active markets Your Impact: Set the vision and direction for our national brand and product portfolio, defining clear priorities that drive growth, differentiation, and market leadership Build and evolve a consumer-led innovation pipeline, identifying whitespace opportunities and translating insights into high-impact products Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through formulation, packaging, and commercialization—ensuring quality, compliance, and profitability Establish and scale best-in-class processes that bring structure, speed, and consistency to product development and launch execution Align and influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and delivering products to market with clarity and impact Your Strengths: Extensive experience in product strategy, innovation, and commercialization (cannabis or highly regulated industry preferred) Strong track record of building and scaling product portfolios and driving revenue growth Deep understanding of consumer trends, product development, and go-to-market strategy Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and operations Knowledge of formulation, packaging, and regulatory requirements Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail Comfortable operating at both a high-level and in the details within a fast-paced environment If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS Why Join Us: Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
