Role: ServiceNow SPO Architect
Location: New York, NY (Remote)

- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation strategy and guidance for ServiceNow SPO module.
- Lead requirements definition, solution design, and configuration advisory.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the SPO module.
- Offer integration consulting for seamless ServiceNow ecosystem connectivity.
- Maintain platform governance and assess cross-platform impacts of changes.
- Collaborate with project teams and implementation partners for successful deployments.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring SPO module compliance and stability.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong SPO module expertise.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) SPO (preferred).
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in integration requirements and implementation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
