I am looking for a creative Scriptwriter and Researcher to join my YouTube Shorts team. My channel focuses on high-retention, emotional storytelling that resonates with millions of viewers.

Your role is not to invent stories from scratch, but to identify and adapt viral concepts using a proven data-driven process.
Your Responsibilities:
Concept Research: Identify high-performing viral videos/stories across social media that fit my channel's themes (e.g., emotional sibling bonds, acts of kindness, overcoming adversity).
Script Adaptation: Rewrite these viral concepts into tight, engaging scripts (approximately 600–680 characters).
Structure Optimization: Use my established storytelling frameworks to ensure high viewer retention and emotional impact.
Requirements:
Ability to spot "viral potential" in raw content.
Excellent English writing skills with a focus on brevity and emotional resonance.
Understanding of YouTube Shorts pacing (hook, build-up, emotional payoff).
The Process You Will Follow:
1. Analyze what is currently performing best on my channel.
2. Find a "source" viral video that matches that successful theme.
3. Adapt that story into a specific 600-670 character structure that has already proven to work.
