We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to focus on community management for an artist. The role involves engaging with fans, keeping social media interactions active, and providing general assistance.
Tasks include:
Replying to comments and DMs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Engaging with fans in a warm, professional tone
Monitoring mentions, tags, and relevant conversations
Occasionally helping draft captions or engagement posts
You should be:
Full-time availability (40 hrs/week, flexible hours but consistent communication)
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Quick, organized, and great at communicating with a casual tone
Comfortable using spreadsheets or simple tracking tools
Must have an iPhone (you’ll need access to certain features only available on iOS)
This is a remote position. We’re a small team, easy to work with, and growing fast, ideal for someone who enjoys community building and wants to be part of the music industry behind the scenes.
