Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day Lead Verification: Review each contact form submission from potential buyers or sellers to confirm completeness, accuracy, and relevance. Automated Alerts: After verification, trigger automated email notifications to the appropriate real‑estate agents using our internal CRM system. Welcome Messaging: Send personalized welcome text messages to customers via Google Voice, introducing them to the Nexpatha process and setting expectations. Agent Notification: Copy and paste pre‑approved script messages into Google Voice to inform agents of new leads, ensuring rapid follow‑up. Responsive Communication: Reply to follow‑up inquiries from agents or customers via text or email when additional clarification is needed. Documentation & Tracking: Log all interactions in the Worknovaq system, maintaining a clear audit trail for quality control and performance analytics. Ad‑hoc Tasks: Assist with other minor but essential tasks such as updating FAQ content, organizing lead spreadsheets, and supporting seasonal marketing pushes. Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring High‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) and a reliable workstation. Excellent written communication skills; ability to craft clear, friendly, and professional messages. Familiarity with Google Voice, Gmail, and basic CRM platforms (training on Hirecrafto-specific tools will be provided). Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors or missing information in contact forms. Self‑motivation and disciplined time management to meet daily review targets during standard U.S. business hours.
