Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented virtual administrative assistant to support day-to-day tasks and assist with basic bookkeeping for a rental property and charitable foundation. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email inbox and respond to routine inquiries
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and reminders
- Assist with document organization and file management
- Handle basic data entry and online research tasks
- Support rental property administration, including:
- Tracking rent payments and expenses
- Categorizing transactions
- Assisting with monthly bookkeeping updates
- Maintaining organized financial records
- Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support role
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- QuickBooks, Wave, or similar bookkeeping software
- Email and task management tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting rental properties or real estate
- Experience reconciling expenses or preparing reports
- U.S. time zone availability
- Work Details:
