- Description:
- Implement and support outreach system for veteran-owned employee benefits company
- Import and manage contacts in HubSpot (CSV provided)
- Configure HubSpot pipeline stages and workflows (48-hour follow-ups, escalation triggers)
- Sync HubSpot and Apollo.io and load outreach sequences (templates provided)
- Upload training docs, battle cards, and playbooks to Google Drive
- Set up dashboards in HubSpot and Google Data Studio to track activity and revenue
- Follow Final Implementation Kit ZIP and VA Handoff Memo deliverables and timeline
- Complete implementation within 3 days and meet success criteria
- Requirements:
- Junior Level experience tier
- MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 24 hours (3 days | 8hours/day)
- Shift: 9 am - 5 pm EST, Monday-Friday (EST timezone)
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM setup experience
- Familiarity with Apollo.io outreach sequencing
- Ability to follow SOPs and checklists with precision
- Availability to begin immediately
- English language required; neutral accent preferred
- Project-based implementation with a 3-day timeline and defined success criteria
