- Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and clients.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks and project management.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Account Executive, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
