IQVIA, a global leader in life sciences and healthcare solutions, is hiring a virtual Call Center Representative for a contract role supporting patient assistance programs. In this position, you will assist patients, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals with co-pay cards, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections. This role offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time IQVIA position. This position requires working 40 hours per week with a set schedule of 11:00 AMβ8:00 PM ET (8:00 AMβ5:00 PM PT). Qualifications Required: β’ High school diploma or equivalent. β’ Pharmacy Technician experience (license/certification required). β’ HIPAA certification. β’ Minimum 3 years of call center experience. β’ Ability to work scheduled shift hours. β’ Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills. β’ Reliable remote work setup.
