As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and expert guidance to ensure their benefits are tailored to their unique circumstances.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options
- Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, taking into account their changing needs and circumstances
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, building trust and rapport through exceptional communication and service
- Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, and assist with any necessary claims or adjustments to ensure seamless support
- Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule to maintain compliance and efficiency
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Ability to think critically and creatively, with a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other technology platforms
