- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns through phone, chat, and/or email
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers
- Working in a high-energy environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to changing situations
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual who can bring the following strengths to our team:
- Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
