Our virtual Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) program provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals needing a higher level of care than traditional outpatient services. Patients receive intensive therapy while maintaining their daily responsibilities through our evening virtual services. We believe each individual's journey to wellness is unique, and our mission is to provide tailored care that respects and responds to the distinct needs of every person we serve.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.

- We’re Seeking:
- Clinicians with experience or interest in depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD treatment.
- Training or willingness to be trained in ERP, ACT, EMDR, DBT, or TI-CBT.
- Licensed or license-eligible mental health professionals.
