Key Responsibilities
ย Guide students through their HESI exam preparation by providing valuable resources, practice materials, and personalized support.
ย Offer one-on-one assistance to address specific learning needs and challenges.
ย Foster a positive and encouraging virtual learning environment.
ย Collaborate with the educational team to refine study plans and develop effective prep materials.
ย Utilize online platforms and technology to create engaging and productive study sessions.
ย Communicate clearly with students, parents, and team members to track progress and provide updates.
Skills And Qualifications
ย Experience in nursing education or exam preparation, especially with the HESI exam.
ย Strong knowledge of nursing principles and exam content.
ย Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
ย Proficiency in using online educational tools and platforms.
ย Ability to support students effectively in a virtual setting.
ย Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
ย Fluent in Spanish.
