The Virtual Pharmacy Technician position at Randstad US is a remote role focused on processing prescription requests and serving as the primary contact for patients and healthcare providers. The role requires a current Illinois Pharmacy Technician license and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, collaborating with teams, and maintaining accurate customer databases. Responsibilities • Process prescription requests and input patient prescription/demographic data in systems • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers • Handle 30-60 inbound calls a day • Make outbound calls to provider offices, as needed • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams in the coordination of prescription orders • Ensure electronic customer database is maintained in a timely and accurate manner Requirements • Current Illinois Pharmacy Technician license • 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician Benefits • Health insurance • 401K contribution • Incentive and recognition program Apply tot his job
