The Virtual Receptionist position at ReceptionHQ offers an exciting opportunity to work from home while providing professional telephone answering services for clients. As a key representative of both ReceptionHQ and its clients, the role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle calls efficiently in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities
Β• Professionally handling incoming calls for clients and their callers

Β• Providing exceptional customer service

Β• Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients

Β• Offering a warm phone presence, generally smiling, being friendly, helpful and positive

Requirements
Β• Preferably call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment

Β• Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner

Β• Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 50 wpm)

Β• Attention to detail and accuracy

Β• Team player, professional attitude and a sense of humor

Β• Take pride in the quality of your work in providing a positive client experience

Β• Minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience
