The Virtual Receptionist position at ReceptionHQ offers an exciting opportunity to work from home while providing professional telephone answering services for clients. As a key representative of both ReceptionHQ and its clients, the role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle calls efficiently in a 24/7 environment.

Requirements
Β Preferably call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment

Β Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner

Β Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 50 wpm)

Β Attention to detail and accuracy

Β Team player, professional attitude and a sense of humor

Β Take pride in the quality of your work in providing a positive client experience

Β Minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience
